Each side's base has it's own advantages and disadvantages.

Cowboys:

Advantages: Open space, easy to see enemies

Disadvantages: Open space, hard to hide

Indians:

Advantages: Small space, easy to hide from enemies

Disadvantages: Small space, easy to lose your enemies

2. One captain chooses the sides, the other chooses his first team-mate before the other captain.

3. Captains select a team-mate one by one until two teams have been formed.

4. Head to your respective bases. (the cowboy base is the town, the Indian base has a small farm in front of it)

5. Find your team's stock rooms (the room with all the chests) and gear up with whatever you want to take.

6. Wait for night or set the time to night and use the beds in the spawn room (the room with all the beds)

7. Grab a single flag out of the FLAGS chest and place it on one of the five two-block tall fences that are scattered throughout your base.

8. Once your flag has been placed you may not move it to another flag-post. If an enemy steals it and you recover it, you may move it then.

9. When both teams are ready, you may begin. Make sure you do not have a flag in your inventory and that you are wearing your team's helmet.

10. When you find a flag on one of the two-block tall fences in the enemy base, destroy it and select it in your hotbar.

11. Run back to your base and place the stolen enemy flag on one of the three-block tall fences. Your team now scores a point.

12. If an enemy has stolen your flag and you kill him, you must pick up the flag. You must then select it and place it on any of the five two-block tall fences in your base.

13. If you see a flag, either yours or the enemy's, on the ground, you must pick it up and select it.

14. You may throw a flag to a comrade, but then he must select it.

15. While holding a flag you may not attack with the flag. You may not switch your selection to another item at all.

16. At no time may you break any block, including the enemy beds.

17. You may not steal from the enemy's stock room.

18. If you slay an enemy and pick up his items, you may use all his items except for the helmet.

19. If you have an enemy helmet, you do not have to destroy it. Just do not use it.

20. The ocean and the river are the boundaries. Do not pass them. Do not even swim in them.

21. If you have been knocked into/past a boundary, you must get back inside the field.

22. You may still be attacked if you are outside the boundary.

23. If a flag falls outside the boundary you may pass the boundary to retrieve it, but you may still be attacked.

24. Make sure that enemy mobs have been turned off.

25. Once a flag has been claimed by the enemy (placed on a three-block tall fence) It may not be destroyed.
